General Directions: Use as needed for stress related urges to eat. Spray under the tongue / hold for approximately 5 seconds and swallow. Or take as directed by a Healthcare Professional.

To fight binge eating urges: 2 sprays under the tongue / hold for 5 seconds and swallow. Repeat every 1 - 2 minutes until urge subsides. Then repeat during the day about every 1- 3 hours or as urges reappear.
