Each morning: shake well before use. Adults, add 35 drops of B Max Lipotropic Drops to 4-6 oz of water or juice and drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning on an empty stomach before food or as directed by a Healthcare Professional.
Optional directions: Add 35 drops of B Max Lipotropic Drops to an 8 or 16 ounce bottle of water and consume over several hours.
